The Department of Health delivers public health services through a network of regional and county offices. South Dakota Department of health's Community Health Services and WIC offers many services to the public. If you have any questions or would like to know more about these services, please call or stop by the Community Nurse's Office located on the first floor of the Grant County Courthouse in Milbank, South Dakota.

Services Provided:

• Community Health - Blood Pressure, Vision Testing , Hemoglobin and more
• WIC (Women, Infants, Children)
• Developmental Screening
• Breastfeeding - Issue manual breastpump and loan of electric breastpump for special circumstances
• Prenatal Care - Monthly education visit with Nurse
• Post Partum Services
• Child Safety Seats for those who qualify
• Pack-n-Plays
• Imminizations

Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Closed on Holidays
Closed Noon to 1:00 PM for lunch
