The public is welcome to come and do research in our office during regular business hours. An individual will receive instructions and assistance on the Index books.
If you are unable to visit our office, a last document search request may be made by email or phone and will be conducted as time permits. The fee for the search is $20.00 plus a fee for copies (whether emailed or hard copy). Payment is required at time of service. In order to conduct a search, a legal description or book and page of the document is necessary.
The fee for copies is as prescribed in statute 7-9-15 (2).
No cameras, scanners or phone cameras may be used to copy any record in our office.
